Two things you'll want to know should you visit our studio in Costa Mesa, California:

First, we share a converted warehouse with other creative firms serving the building and construction industry: architecture, interior design, lighting and sound design, commercial HVAC and more. We are literally surrounded by people who love building products and processes as much as we do. Long story short, you’ll like it here.

Second, we’re on our way to becoming one of the few Net Zero Energy buildings in the U.S. To achieve Net Zero status, our building must generate as much energy as it consumes. In addition to the 238 solar panels already in place, the owners are exploring skylighting, solar tubes, lighting-control systems, “smart” power strips and other tools to reduce both energy consumption and emissions.
